Where do the classes happen?

All class dates and locations will be posted on our Instagram, and the class schedule will be on our home page.

What kind of classes are offered?

Uplift Senior Wellness Society offers various research based and professionally tailored classes for seniors. Mainly centred around functional strength and mobility training for everyday tasks.

Who is allowed?

Everyone is allowed! You are welcome to come regardless of age, gender, or background. Please bring as many participants as you can as we welcome as many people as capacity allows.

How do I get updates?

Subscribe to our newsletter, check out our social media, or contact us to get added to our class-specific group chats!

How can I join?

Everyone is allowed in our classes and can come to them. Please refer to our class schedule to learn the class times. Some classes may require registration or RSVP in the future.

What if the weather is bad?

During the colder season, outdoor classes may be cancelled and run on a slower schedule to accommodate the weather. We are currently working on getting indoor facilities for our classes.
